Lucky for you, we've got a super-easy returns process! 

Return your item(s) back to us within 28 days and you'll receive a full refund for the cost of the item(s), If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

All you have to do is make sure the item(s) are in the same condition as you received them. In case you're not sure, here's the lowdown hun:

• the item(s) are unworn, unwashed and perfume/make-up free
• the item(s) still have the tags attached
• shoes have been tried on indoors and show no sign of wear

Now that's sorted, the next steps are a simple 1,2,3.....

1. To return your unwanted item(s) simply Contact Us at support@fitprestige.com
2. Enter your order number and the email address you used when you purchased
3. Complete the online return form!

It's that easy!

Please return the item(s) in their original packaging (don't forget to include your delivery note), with the product tags still intact. 

Psttt.... Don't forget to ask for a certificate of postage and keep it safe until we confirm receipt of your return. You should get a tracking number on your receipt too.
